Where can I view my affiliate statistics?

In your Control panel, in the left hand navigation menu, click on Affiliate account and then on affiliate statistics. Here you will see a breakdown showing your referred users, how many of each type have been paid and not paid, your pending earnings, and a history of your previous earnings.
